I have just given a special storytelling session today on 'T'was the Night before Christmas' which was a really enjoyable storytelling session for the kids. If that had have been podcast, along with other special events like author talks etc, people who couldn't make it for the actual session could tune in later on.
Like a lot of new technology, it's having the skills base amongst the staff to support these features and make the best use of what's available.

That's what my children were play acting that day! Looks like they were both playing 'Belle' cause where's the Beast?
